GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, use 3 cans if necessary 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese Ritz crackers or French fired canned onion rings Drain beans well and layer bottom of large flat casserole dish with 1 can of beans. Even out beans and cover and spread with 1 can cream of mushroom soup - more if needed. Crumble Ritz crackers or onion rings evenly over first layer. Pour on and spread well second can of beans. Pour and spread evenly second can of soup or what is needed to cover beans. Crumble onions or Ritz crackers over this layer evenly. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over top. Use as much cheese as desired. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
