SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. bread dough
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 med. peppers (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 whipped eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Remove sausage meat from casing; cook until well done. Drain excess fat. Remove from heat; add egg and let set. Cook onion, pepper, and garlic. Spread bread dough on lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread sausage meat on dough leaving 1-inch border all around.

Top with pepper mixture. Sprinkle cheeses and spices on top. Roll bread and pinch to seal. Baste top with egg yolk. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Slice and serve as appetizer.
