FROSTED APRICOT SALAD 
1 lg. can apricots (cut up, drain) save juices
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain
1 sm. can mandarin orange slices, drain
1 lg. box Jello (orange or peach)
2 c. hot water
1 c. saved mixed juices
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Mix in fruits and juice. Add marshmallows then chill until firm.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. combined juices
1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared)
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)

In medium saucepan combine sugar and flour; beat in egg. Stir in juices and cook on medium heat until thick. Stir in butter and cool slightly. Fold in Dream Whip and spread on Jello. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
