1 bag (2 lb.) Ore Ida O'Brien hash brown potatoes (defrosted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2-1 tsp. pepper

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
