QUICK SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine crushed bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onions

In a bowl, mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onions, shape firmly into patties.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook patties a few at a time, patties should not be touching, until browned, pour off fat. Add the remaining soup to skillet, reduce heat to low, now return all patties to skillet and simmer covered for 20 minutes, turning as needed.
