CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar Old English cheese
1/2 c. minced or grated onion (or 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. wedge Roquefort or blue cheese
1/2 c. pecan meal

Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Mix all except pecan meal. Chill for 2 hours. Roll into 1 large ball or small 1 inch balls. Coat with pecan meal and chill. Put toothpicks in small balls or serve large ball with crackers.
