PASTA LA BELLA ZITI FLORENTINE 
1 lb. Pasta La Bella Ziti
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
3 c. fresh spinach leaves, torn
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet. Add lemon juice and Gorgonzola cheese. Lower flame and stir until cheese is melted.

Season with salt and pepper. Add "al dente" pasta and spinach leaves. Cook until heated well and toss. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!! Light and easy to prepare.
