PORK CHOPS IN SOUR CREAM 
6 center cut pork chops
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. catsup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

In large skillet, brown pork chops. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, catsup, garlic and bouillon cube; cover. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Remove chops, keep warm.

In small bowl, combine flour with 1/4 cup water; slowly add to cooking liquid. Stir constantly, cook until thickened. Stir in sour cream.
