MUSHROOM SOUP OATMEAL PATTIES 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. undiluted mushroom soup
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 tbsp. grated onion
A sprinkle of garlic powder

Beat eggs. Add soup and oatmeal. Drop by level tablespoon in hot oil and brown on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish and pour over patties 1 can of diluted soup. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
