OATMEAL MUSHROOM PATTIES 
1 med. potato, grated
1 c. quick cooking dry oats
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. Accent
2 eggs or egg replacer
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, reserve liquid
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Blend potato, eggs and oats together, allowing oats to absorb moisture. Add mushrooms (saving liquid), onion soup mix, and seasoning. Mix and form into patties. Fry in oil until brown. Place in casserole. Cover patties with gravy and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
