2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
40 saltine crackers (approximately)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix butter and sugar in a double boiler and boil 3 minutes. Meanwhile, place crackers on a foil covered cookie sheet. Pour butter mixture on top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees; while still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts onto top. Cool and slice into squares.
