TERIYAKI STEAK 
3 lbs. round or sirloin steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, more if you like
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Slice meat into serving sizes or cube to put on skewers. Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make marinate. Pour marinate over meat. Refrigerate overnight, stirring or shaking occasionally to get meat covered by the marinate. Place cubes on skewers or slices on the grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil for 7-9 minutes. Turn to brown on the other side. Serves 4.
