GRAND MARNIER FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread, cut in 1 1/4 inch slices
4 c. heavy cream
4 eggs
4 tbsp. Grand Marnier
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Arrange bread in Pyrex dish. Beat next 5 ingredients together and pour over bread. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning bread after 1 hour. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, turning after 10 minutes.

TOPPINGS: Powdered sugar and Grand Marnier Butter.

GRAND MARNIER BUTTER:

6 oz. butter
Juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp. Grand Marnier
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Put above in blender and pour out to form stick of butter. Freeze what isn't used.
