6 to 7 potatoes, sliced
1 to 2 onions, sliced
1 to 2 apples, cored & quartered, not peeled

Place sausage in bottom of casserole dish, layer potatoes and onions, ending with onions and top with apples. Cover and bake until potatoes are tender, 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
