STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Mix:

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onions
1/2 can tomato soup

Stuff 4 peppers and stand upright in dish.

Dilute 1/2 can tomato soup with 1/2 can water and pour over peppers. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees covered; 15 minutes uncovered.
