GRANDMA'S PECAN CRISPIES | |
1/2 c. Crisco 1/2 c. butter 2 1/2 c. plain flour 1 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla vanilla Mix Crisco and butter with flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Dough will be very stiff. Drop with teaspoon on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake until edges of cookies start to brown (about 12-15 minutes). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
