COUNTRY HAM BALLS 
2 lbs. cooked country ham, ground
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine ham, sausage, bread crumbs, eggs and milk and stir well. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Place balls in two 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine brown sugar and remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting and turning ham balls after 25 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings.
