COUNTRY HAM CASSEROLE 
4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. butter cracker crumbs
2 c. ground country ham
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Heat milk in saucepan. Blend in butter and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Layer half the cracker crumbs, ham, eggs, sauce and remaining cracker crumbs in greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
