CONGO BARS 
1 lb. dark brown sugar
3/4 c. (1 1/2 stick) butter, melted
3 eggs
2 2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips

In bowl mix together brown sugar and melted butter. Add eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth with electric mixer. Add chocolate chips. Pour batter into well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut into squares.
