FRESH PUMPKIN PIE 
1 9" crust pie shell

Pare and cook fresh pumpkin for 30 minutes or until done in 1/4 cup water. 1/2 tsp. salt 1 3/4-2 c. milk or evaporated 2 lg. eggs 2/3 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cloves

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook for 45-55 minutes. Test - insert knife, if it comes out clean its done.
