SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
Crushed saltine crackers
1 can Durkee fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (opt.)

Heat cream cheese and soup until melted. Add onion rings and spinach. Pour into greased casserole. Melt butter and enough saltine crackers to soak up butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
