SPAGHETTI WITH SPINACH AND CLAM
SAUCE
 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans white clam sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions until just tender. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine clam sauce, spinach, oregano, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Drain spaghetti. Place in a serving bowl. Top with sauce. Toss gently. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Yield: 4 to 6 portions.
