COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add milk, vanilla and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
