MONKEY BREAD 
3 cans biscuits
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 stick butter
2 tsp. water
1 c. packed brown sugar

Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Quarter biscuits and roll in sugar mixture (or put mixture in a large Ziploc bag and shake a few pieces at a time). Place in a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle with pecans.

In a 2-quart pan, melt butter and add brown sugar and water. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over top of biscuits.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Note: This can also be baked in a 9 x 13 pan if you don't own a Bundt pan.
