DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix yeast with water; add oil. Mix egg, sugar, salt together; mix well. Add to yeast mixture. Next add flour until dough is covered and smooth.

Can refrigerate until ready to cook. Roll into balls using melted butter. Place 3 balls together in muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24 rolls.
