AZTECA BEEF AND CHEESE TORT 
12 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar
12 oz. (2 c.) shredded Monterey Jack
4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sliced green onions
12 oz. tub salsa (Azteca Salsa if available)
1 pkg. Azteca salad shells

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. In medium bowl combine cheese, green chiles, beef, and green onions. Place one unformed salad shell in 8-inch (1 1/2-quart) round baking dish or on cookie pan; spoon 1/4 cheese mixture evenly over salad shell.

Repeat layers with remaining salad shells. Pour desired salsa over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 4-5 servings. Serve with sour cream.
