BAKED CHEESE TORTE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter

Blend together and pat into bottom and sides of a springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

2 1/4 lb. cream cheese
2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended after each. Add vanilla and almond extract. Blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. sugar

Blend all ingredients. Pour on top of baked torte and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 10 minutes.
