PARTY POTATO BAKE | |
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika Combine soups with softened cream cheese. Add sour cream, green pepper, onion and seasonings. Combine the potatoes and Cheddar cheese with the above mixture. Put in a 3-quart baking dish. Spread evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
