OVEN FRIED POTATOES | |
4 lg. baking potatoes, unpeeled 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 to 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. pepper Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals. Turn potatoes over last 15 minutes. These are wonderful with any roasted meat or fine as a snack. Serves 4. |
