CRUST:

1 pkg. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together, press in bottom of springform pan.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 pt. sour cream (1 little, 1 big)
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix all above together with electric mixer. Beat until smooth; pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn off oven, leave in oven one more hour. Refrigerate overnight.
