DREAMY COCONUT FROSTED CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. coconut
1 pkg. devil's food (pudding included) cake mix

Grease a 9x13 inch pan; line bottom of pan with wax paper; grease again. Heat butter, granulated sugar, and milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until mixture is melted and smooth.

Mix sour cream with confectioners' sugar. Stir in vanilla and 1 1/2 cups coconut. Add butter mixture and blend well. Spread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup coconut.

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Slowly pour batter in a thin stream over coconut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Use a spatula to loosen cake and frosting. Invert on tray; lift off pan and carefully remove paper. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
