1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe II yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Press into a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Next mix the filling ingredients together until well blended. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into small squares.
