SALMON BALL 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Add cream cheese and blend well. Add onion, lemon juice and mix well. Shape into ball; wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until firm (1 hour). Sprinkle parsley and nuts on salmon ball; serve with crackers. Serves 10. Great for a party.
