FRIED SALMON BALLS 
1 lg. can salmon
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
Cooking oil

Drain salmon; remove round bones and flake. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Form into small balls and fry in oil until golden brown. Can be formed into cracker size cakes and serve as a main dish. (Makes approximately 20 balls.)
