CHICKEN PARMESAN (LOW FAT) 
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
butter
Ragu tomato sauce

Place bread crumbs in dish. One at a time take a chicken breast, rinse with cold water and place on dish with crumbs. Cover breast completely with crumbs at the same time pressing all sides with fork. Do all of them in this way then pan fry until golden brown using butter.

Using an oblong pan, pour a layer of sauce on bottom. Carefully place chicken pieces on sauce, adding a little sauce on the top of each. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minuets (checking to see it doesn't brown too quickly).
