Layer glass pan with graham crackers. Spread with pudding (prepared by box instructions) saving half for next layer. Spread another layer of crackers, then remaining pudding. Cover with layer of Cool Whip. Serve by cutting into squares. Delicious yet light, even after a big dinner. Can be decorated with chocolate shavings or sprinkles if desired.
