1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. cold water
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip

In large mixing bowl, beat Eagle Brand, pudding mix and water. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into serving dishes, chill. Garnish as desired. Serves 8 to 10.
