1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (4 or 4 1/8 oz.) pkg. chocolate flavored instant pudding
1 c. cold water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In a large mixer bowl, combine sweetened milk, pudding and water. Beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
