1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. cold water
1/2 pt. Cool Whip

In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and water. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into serving dishes; chill.
