QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 1/4 c. half and half
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. brandy
2 egg yolks

Heat half and half to just below boiling. Combine remaining ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth. Add hot half and half and blend again. Pour into custard cups or dessert glasses and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Serves 4.
