HEALTHY BANANA MOUSSE PIE 
1 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. unbleached flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. D-Zerta low cal whip topping, mix with Nutrasweet
6 pkgs. Equal
1 1/2 c. finely chopped bananas
15 graham crackers, crushed

In small saucepan, stir together milk, flour, salt, egg substitute and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, approximately 6 to 7 minutes. Pour custard into medium mixing bowl to cool and set aside.

Whip topping according to package directions. Set aside.

When custard cools, stir in 6 packages of Equal and 1 cup bananas. Gently fold in 1 cup whipped topping.

Spread graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 9 inch glass pie plate. Place remaining 1/2 cup bananas evenly over crumbs. Spoon on pudding and spread evenly. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Chill pie for 2 hours until firm. (130 calories per serving.)
