BANANA NUT COFFEE CAKE 
2 bananas, mashed
4 slices whole wheat bread, crumbled
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cloves
4 eggs
1 tsp. banana extract
1 tsp. pecan or black walnut flavoring
1 tsp. imitation butter flavoring

Beat eggs 4 minutes with electric mixer. Add extracts and butter flavoring. Beat 5 minutes. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Chill.
