CREAMY ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. can Hormel chili
1 pkg. tortillas
2 pkgs. cheese (your choice)

Combine 1 can chili and 1/3 can water in kettle and get it warm. Dip the tortillas into the chili and lay in a baking pan. On the tortilla, put 1 spoonful of chili and sprinkle of cheese and roll the tortilla. Repeat until you have a pan full. Pour the remaining chili on the rolled tortillas, then cover the tortillas with remaining cheese.
