TATER TOT HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. tater tots

Brown hamburger, pour off excess fat. Add celery and onion, cook until tender. Add vegetables, soups, salt and pepper; mix together in 3-quart casserole dish. Add tater tots to top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
