TATER TOT HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cooked carrots
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Tater tots

Saute ground beef, onions and celery together. Add cooked carrots and put on the bottom of the baking dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup with the water and pour over the meat-vegetable mixture. Put tater tots in rows across the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 6 servings.
