GLAZED COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Hint: Leave off soda, baking powder and salt if using self-rising flour and cake may be baked in bundt pan.

Mix cereal, 1/2 cup sugar, coffee and cinnamon (set aside).

Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, soda, baking powder and salt in large mixer bowl. Add sour cream, eggs, butter and vanilla. Blend on low speed of mixer then 1 minute on medium.

Spread 1/2 batter in greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with half cereal mix, another third of batter, rest of cereal mix, then remainder of batter. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes.

Glaze with:

2 tbsp. cooled coffee
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Blend very well before glazing.
