3 c. raw potatoes, finely grated
1 sm. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Combine potatoes and onion; stir in other ingredients in the order given. Bake on a medium hot grill. Makes about 15 medium pancakes.
