BAKED OMELET 
1 lb. pork sausage
15 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. garlic and onion croutons

Brown sausage, drain and cut in small pieces. Place in greased baking dish. Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in cheese. Pour this mixture over sausage. Sprinkle croutons on top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
