1 sm. bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 chicken

Mix together ingredients. Dip pieces of chicken in sauce and use extra sauce to pour over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

This recipe can be halved for small amounts of chicken.
