8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, one at a time
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Graham cracker crust

Mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, eggs and 1/2 cup sugar. In another bowl, mix the sour cream and 2 tablespoons sugar. Then add it to the cream cheese mixture. Pour it into the graham cracker crust and bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. This is a very easy, very good and creamy cheese cake.
